What is a Peak Point Worth?
Peak Rewards points are a simple formula. One point equals $1,000 in Mountainland qualifying purchases. Paying on time and within terms, attending training, and buying Peak Reward vendor offers can increase your point total.
When Does Peak Rewards Expire?
2023 Points expire on Dec. 31, 2024
All points for 2024 are collected at the end of the year on December 31, 2024. 2024 points may be redeemed starting January 1, 2025, and are good till December 31, 2025. Points cannot be rolled over into new year periods. Points not used by expiration dates will be considered expired. Events may be arranged for redemption with your Mountainland Sales Representative then. Your point totals and usage may be checked using your website account. If you do not have a web account, contact your salesman to get set up. *Account must be in good standing. If in collections customer forfeits their peak rewards.
Can I Combine Points from Multiple Years?
You are not able to combine future or past points when redeeming points. Peak Rewards expire after the year they are earned. For example, if you earned 100 points in 2024, you must spend those points sometime in 2025 before Dec. 31st or else you will forfeit your Peak Rewards points.
How to Redeem Your Points?
Click on your desired Peak Reward from the "Redeem Points" drop-down menu and when you find the Peak Reward you want click the "Click to Redeem" button and fill out the form. Mountainland Marketing will contact you to schedule your Peak Reward. You may also contact your local Mountainland Sales Representative to let them know you’d like to redeem your Peak Rewards points. Your Mountainland Sales Representative will coordinate with Mountainland Marketing to fulfill your order. You can use Peak Rewards for Concerts, Sporting Events, Family Activities, Hunting, Fishing, Local Trips, and Event Donations to Charities. It is best to check the list of Peak Rewards on the website as many rewards are added often.
Do Peak Rewards Have a Monetary Value in Their Redemption?
Peak Rewards have no monetary value. Several factors go into the point cost for each Peak Reward. We cannot credit you on your account for the value of the rewards.
When Are Peak Rewards Taken?

Can I Make Up Peak Rewards on My Own?
No. In some cases, there will be exceptions. Those will need to be approved by the Mountainland Supply Executive Team.
Who Cannot Participate in Peak Rewards?
Cities, municipalities, and school districts may be restricted from using Peak Rewards.
What if I Need to Cancel a Peak Reward Activity?
CUSTOMER MUST GIVE A MINIMUM OF 72-HOUR NOTICE IF CANCELING THEIR RESERVATION FOR ANY PEAK REWARD. THE CUSTOMER AGREES TO BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT OF PEAK REWARDS POINTS AS IF THEY HAD ATTENDED IF THEY DO NOT GIVE 72-HOUR NOTICE.
